Stephanie Jenson, pastry-chef extraordinaire is passionate about baking. Chock full of creativity, she applies her Midas touch to everything she does. She took those gifts and launched a home-based baking business eight years ago. The sweetest thing for Stephanie is seeing her client’s eyes light up seeing their custom-made dessert. Stephanie fondly remembers the fulfillment she felt after making her first professional wedding cake and seeing the look of utter joy on the bride’s face. It is her goal that all her clients feel the same measure of happiness!

Over the years Stephanie has spent countless hours perfecting recipes and refining her techniques. For most special occasions, the cake (or insert your favorite sweet treat here) is the culinary focal point.
